01What is the Practice OS?+

One installed system that handles the front-of-house work your team does by hand: texting back missed calls, confirming appointments, requesting reviews, reactivating patients who drifted away, and putting every call, text, and web message in one inbox. Plus a fast practice website that feeds it.

02Does this replace our EHR?+

No, and it never will. Clinical records, charting, and existing patient scheduling stay in your EHR. The Practice OS handles what happens before and around the visit: inquiries, phones, reminders, reviews, and follow-up.

03What about HIPAA?+

The platform we build on operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement, with encryption and access controls, and we sign a BAA with your practice. Just as important: outbound messages are designed to be privacy-minimal. A reminder says when your appointment is, never why.

04Will patients get spammy texts?+

No. Patients only receive appointment-related messages unless they separately opt in to practice updates, and every message honors STOP instantly. Respectful messaging is also what the phone carriers require, and we register your practice with them properly.

05What does it cost?+

06How long until we're live?+

About two weeks. The carrier registration required for business texting is the slowest step, so we file it on day one and build everything else while it clears.
