Terms of Service

Effective · January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the AIOSlaunch website (the “Site”) or engaging us for any services described on the Site (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Description of services

AIOSlaunch provides advisory, design, and implementation services for AI-powered operating systems, automations, voice agents, and lead-management workflows for service businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement between AIOSlaunch and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide Services on terms different from those in such written agreement.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, our service providers’ systems, or any data not intended for you;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
  • Submit information you do not have the right to submit, or that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, marks, and code) is the property of AIOSlaunch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Any deliverables produced for a client under a written services agreement are governed by the intellectual-property terms of that agreement.

5. Submissions

If you submit information through any contact form on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant AIOSlaunch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing the Services.

6. Third-party services

The Site may rely on third-party services (such as analytics, transactional email, and scheduling). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. AIOSlaunch is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOSlaunch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOSlaunch and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIOSlaunch and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of registration of AIOSlaunch, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
